Here is a recipe from our menu here at the Cliffs of Moher Retreat. It’s one that we serve on our retreats!
2 courgettes
2 carrots
2 onions
2 celery sticks
1 tint of chopped tomatoes
1 cup of red lentils
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp cumin
2cm sq of ginger grated
1 teaspoon of honey or other sweetener
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon of cider vinegar
Handful of Parsley
Tried this recipe out today and it turned out just as good as when I attended the Wim Hof retreat – delicious, more like a meal than a soup. Many thanks for sharing your wonderful recipes
