She values experiences, belongs outdoors and believes that good health and vitality is everyone’s birth right. Michelle has been teaching and sharing yoga, meditation and breathing practices since 2004 and is excited to share her love of the Wim Hof Method with you.
In early winter 2017, Michelle and a group of locals, braved the waves and started sea-swimming every morning at 7:30am. It was exhilarating, challenging and incredibly energy boosting and she quickly fell in love with it. Wanting to learn more about the power of the cold, Michelle discovered the Wim Hof Method. Through this method she learned exactly how the cold helps to strengthen and heal us and she also learned first hand that through the daily breathing practices of the WHM she can regulate her hormones, have much more energy (a great benefit to life with 3 sons and a successful business), a healthier immune system and a better outlook on life .
She started with the 10 week online course and the next step was to visit Wim’s home in the Netherlands where she started her instructor journey. This culmintated in Poland in November 2018 where she and a group of 40 people from 27 different countries scaled the might Mt.Snezka in -18 celcius in shorts. Learning to harness her inner power, to open up to her true strengths, Michelle has discovered and is still discovering more energy, better health and a deeper knowledge of herself.
