“I dwell in Possibility” Emily Dickenson

Mari Kennedy class

Imboc (“in the belly”), the beginning of Spring in the Celtic calendar, is a time of awakening, a time to dream.  It’s a time to actively listen to what is wanting to emerge from the deepest self.

Cliffs of Moher

What desire, longing, aspiration, vision is waking up out of the void of all that death and letting go of winter? Desires and aspirations are like the seeds stirring with life, coming alive deep in the darkness of the earth. What seeds are awakening and which will you tend if you are to live fully alive?

Come if you life is calling you to change

Come to know what stopping you

Come to rest

Come if you know there’s more that this

Come if you don’t know who you are anymore

Come if you’re stepping up

Come if you’re in between

Come to question

Come if you have no questions but just want to get on your mat close to the Atlantic Ocean

Come if you want to start living a full and authentic life

Hot Tub

Think about it – during February nature is just waking up after a long sleep in the darkness of winter. We begin to notice that the light is increasing as days begin to get longer and the dormant seeds deep in the earth are stirring with life-force. We will invoke the energy of possibility and life-force of Spring on the mat, at the table and out in nature as we work with our intentions, limiting beliefs, possibilities, dreams, and potential.
