September is a glorious month, the transition from Summer into Autumn starts and the colours of the landscape gradually changing. The light at this time of the year is so special. This retreat is created with that in mind. Our classes are tailored with two two aspects in mind, we will turn in, find some quiet to listen to our own gentle stirrings.
As the active energy of the Summer comes to a close it’s an ideal time to have a weekend of absolute bliss and relaxation. Enjoy the salty crisp air of the West coast, the beauty of the Autumn landscape and the gorgeous light and peacefulness it brings.

Join us for a weekend of yoga, walking in the beauty of the cliffs, time for relaxing by warm fires and enjoying food that is nourishing.
As the days get darker and we step into Autumn its even more important to move, stretch and nourish ourselves.
Over the weekend we rest back into our yin practice and yoga nidra, we awaken with our morning meditation, pranayama and yoga practice and we connect with our land and surroundings with our daily walks embracing the wild beauty of this part of Ireland. Come, join us and rebalance your world.
Whenever you need that time-out, our very special weekend escape can provide those moments of reflection you need. Whether it’s during our silent walks along the Cliffs of Moher, curling up with a book by our cosy firesides or drinking in the views of our glass-fronted studio as you arrive back in your body, you’ll find your release – a time when you truly forget the outside world and learn to be present in the moment. Relax, take a walk and partake in a welcome drink and sweet treat with your fellow retreat participants
18:00 Our first yoga and meditation class (90 minutes)
19:30 Dinner – delicious, healthy fare! Followed by arrival introduction chat to the weekend, the schedule and the area
20:30 Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation session to fully arrive and let go into your retreat

10:00 Hike on the Cliffs of Moher Path (3.5 hours)
13:30 Lunch – lots of yummy healthy food!
Free time – Options to visit Lahinch, go to the beach, go surfing, take a tour of the area or stay and relax and enjoy a treatment
18:00 Evening Yoga
19:30 Dinner – more lovely homemade healthy food, followed by a delicious healthy dessert
Our beautiful glass fronted sauna and Canadian cedar hot tub will be available at all times during your stay
