We run our residential retreats with a simple aim – to soothe your body, mind and soul. Everything that’s included, from our stunning studio with views across Clare’s rolling hills, to our restored farmhouse accommodation that oozes comfort and a feeling of sanctuary, to our silent cliff-top walks and our own organic produce, have been chosen by us with this aim in mind.
The result is 3 fabulous days of yoga and meditation that will help you explore and deepen your own practice under the expertise of our teachers. 3 days of nutritious (and frankly, delicious) food to recharge your body and leave you feeling like your best self. 3 days that you can start off with a refreshing dip in the sea and end by curling up in front of a log fire. The only downside of this escape is that it’s pretty hard come back from.

Relax, take a walk and partake in a welcome drink and sweet treat with your fellow retreat participants
18:00 Our first yoga and meditation class
19:30 Dinner – delicious, healthy fare! Followed by arrival introduction chat to the weekend, the schedule and the area
20:30 Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation) so unwind from your journey and fully arrive into your retreat.

12:30 Lunch – lots of yummy healthy food!
Free time – Options to take a trip to Lahinch to the beach, take a tour of the area including the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren or stay and relax and enjoy a treatment
17:30 Restorative Movement practice – drop in and let go
19:00 Dinner – more lovely homemade healthy food followed by a delicious healthy dessert
Our beautiful glass fronted sauna and Canadian cedar hot tub will be available at all times during your stay
