Spring is in the air and we can see the landscape changing. It is time to connect to that fire in our own belly and emerge from the energy of winter to our inner Spring. This retreat is created with that in mind. Our classes are tailored with two two aspects in mind, we will turn in, find some quiet to listen to our own gentle stirrings. And we will move and breathe and create heat to burn away the cobwebs and set our attention and intention with aligning our inner self to our outer world.
As the season of Spring slowly begins this is a wonderful time of year to embrace the essence of creation. This weekend will give us the space to reflect on the year ahead and ground into our body’s – physically, mentally and energetically.

Practicing yoga in a stunning space in the West of Ireland with un-paralleled views of the Atlantic ocean, we will connect wholeheartedly to our bodies, our minds and our spirits. Spring offers birth and growth and this weekend brings the gift of reawakening our senses to the transformation within ourselves as well as within our environment. Join us for a weekend of yoga, walking in the beauty of the cliffs, time for relaxing by warm fires and enjoying food that is nourishing.
As we come to the midpoint between the Winter and Summer Solstice, the Spring Equinox invites us to connect to balance. The balance of our internal and external worlds. This retreat is about taking a step back to reset and embody the energy of Spring. It is about unfolding and rooting into our year and re-connecting with intentions set at the beginning of 2023
Over the weekend we rest back into our yin practice and yoga nidra, we awaken with our morning meditation, pranayama and yoga practice and we connect with our land and surroundings with our daily walks embracing the wild beauty of this part of Ireland. Come, join us and rebalance your world.
Whenever you need that time-out, our very special weekend escape can provide those moments of reflection you need. Whether it’s during our silent walks along the Cliffs of Moher, curling up with a book by our cosy firesides or drinking in the views of our glass-fronted studio as you arrive back in your body, you’ll find your release – a time when you truly forget the outside world and learn to be present in the moment. 18:00 – Our first yoga class, 90 minutes.
19:30 – Dinner, delicious and healthy, fare!

Day 2 & 3
8:00 – Light self serve breakfast
8:30 – Early morning silent walk
10:00 – 2 hour yoga class
12:30 – Lunch – lots of yummy healthy food
Free time – Options to take a trip to Lahinch to the beach, go surfing, take a tour of the area including the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren or stay and relax and enjoy a treatment.
17:30 – 2 hour yoga class
19:30 – Dinner – more lovely homemade healthy food followed by delicious healthy dessert
Day 4
8:00 – Light self serve breakfast
8:30 – Early morning silent walk
10:00 – 2 hour yoga class
12:30 – Lunch – lots of yummy healthy food
