Join Michelle for a special retreat to greet the New Year with Joy in our heart. On this weekend we will explore practices that inspire joy – when our hearts open with joy we lean into our true feelings, exploring all parts of ourselves. Joy is a gateway to our feelings and an easier way to access them. The schedule has been curated with love and attention and this retreat will penetrate deeply in a soft and nurturing way. Guided by Michelle’s gentle wisdom, this will be an adventure into the deepest parts of you.

Yoga Classes – Deep, soulful, healing yoga practices including energising postures, breath work, meditation and deep relaxations. This isn’t yoga like you’ve done before. Experience your body in a new way, feeling and moving into a sense of freedom of expression using your breath and body as the vehicle for change.
Breathwork – A unique and deeply powerful session to explore the realms of experience only breath alone can give us. You will be guided safely in this practice by Michelle who is a Level 2 Wim Hof Method instructor and who has been teaching Breathwork for many decades.
Singing – Singing is our birthright. The single thing that connects all cultures and all people. Before we looked outside of our land for healing, we had song. Singing in community is deeply healing and EVERYONE can sing. Join Michelle as she leads a joy focused singing workshop where you will be dancing, laughing, letting go and connecting deeply to self, to source and to others. Everyone can join, you are also welcome to sit and listen too.
Sea Swim – Jumping into the wild Atlantic Ocean in January is probably one of the most joyous things we can do. It might sound crazy but feeling the cold water and the cold air against your skin gives us the greatest sensation of of feeling ALIVE and this is pure joy. Join Michelle for her daily dip if you’re feeling brave x
Ecstatic Awakening Dance – Join Michelle as she guides you on a transformational journey though movement and dance. Ecstatic Awakening Dance is a 5 part method that will connect you with your body, help you to release stuck emotions and allow you to awaken to the true beauty of who YOU are. No experience is needed, the 1hr45min session is done with closed eyes and everyone is welcome.
There is nothing quite as releasing as a good dance. Perhaps life has brought you to a place where staying out late and dancing doesn’t fit you anymore and for these reasons many of us don’t dance anymore. There is no right or wrong way to dance, there is no goal, no intention. Dancing is joy embodied.
Connect to Nature – over the weekend we will bring you on two beautiful walks. One will be a silent walk along the lane that follows the Ocean. We will also bring you on a short hike up on the Cliffs of Moher trail. Spending time in nature has such a powerful effect on our mental, physical and emotional health and the beautiful surrounds of Co.Clare are such a spectacular place to really enjoy the gifts of nature.
