On this 4 day journey we will move, breathe, dance, stretch, walk and nourish ourselves from the inside out.

On this special retreat we bring you a beautiful balance of healing rituals, deep restorative yoga classes, a Cacao Ceremony, healing Breathwork and an Ecstatic Dance party. You will be nurtured in this safe environment to explore your own body and mind and release the tensions of the past few years through deep, soulful and joyful practices. I am excited to share this with you” – Michelle Moroney, co-creator of the retreat

Your schedule has been lovingly crafted to bring you into a space of deep ease where you can access your own innate joy. To see the timings of the program see the Schedule tab below, but to know more about the practices you will experience read on!

Michelle MoroneyYoga Classes – Deep, soulful, healing yoga practices including energising postures, breath work, meditation and deep relaxations

Breathwork – A unique and deeply powerful session to explore the realms of experience our breath alone can give us. You will be guided safely in this practice by experienced breath work facilitators

SolsticeCacao Ceremony – Cacao in its physical form is pure chocolate of the highest grade. Cacao is also a plant medicine and when drank in ceremony can be a beautiful healing for the heart. Cacao is psychoactive (like coffee) but not psychadelic or mind altering. It has been used in ceremony by traditional people of Mesoamerica for millennia, and besides the many physical benefits which you will learn all about, the gentle feminine energy of Mama Cacao can have subtle and profound heart healing benefits. It is said that when humans become disconnected from nature, Mama Cacao comes to connect us to our heart. Michelle will guide you in a beautiful Cacao ceremony which will incorporate stillness, meditation, sharing and breath work.

Laila Sell YogaEcstatic Awakening Dance – Join Michelle as she guides you on a transformational journey though movement and dance. Ecstatic Awakening Dance is a 5 part method that will connect you with your body, help you to release stuck emotions and allow you to awaken to the true beauty of who YOU are. No experience is needed, the 1hr45min session is done with closed eyes and everyone is welcome.

There is nothing quite as releasing as a good dance. Perhaps life has brought you to a place where staying out late and dancing doesn’t fit you anymore and for these reasons (and others: pandemic!) many of us don’t dance anymore. There is no right or wrong way to dance, there is no goal, no intention. Dancing is joy embodied.

Cliffs of MoherConnect to Nature – over the weekend we will bring you on a couple of beautiful walks. One will be a silent walk along the lane that follows the Ocean. We will also bring you on a short hike up on the Cliffs of Moher trail. Spending time in nature has such a powerful effect on our mental, physical and emotional health and the beautiful surrounds of Co.Clare are such a spectacular place to really enjoy the gifts of nature.
