However this alone isn’t enough to bring about change. We are also surrounded by so much information, often conflictory, about what it takes to be healthy. It is a confusing world out there.

At the Cliffs of Moher Retreat, we believe at its heart, diet, exercise and wellness, is actually simple. Eat more Fruits and Vegetables, Move More, Stress Less.

But that doesn’t mean that making these lasting lifestyle changes is easy.

health and wellness / lasting lifestyle changesThis program not only shows you how eating healthily means you’re not giving up anything (it is truly satisfying and delicious to eat healthily) but we will give you the chance to ‘Get stuck in!’ – what does this mean? Breakfasts, lunches and snacks are simple and we will show you what you can make at home/bring to work. We will provide you with a new set of menus and shopping lists to bring home with you.

Dinner is where we will impress you and show you how elaborate and fantastical plant based eating can be – our chefs doing what they do best! Wednesday evening will be a juice/broth fasting experience. There will be the hot tub and sauna that night with jugs of fruit water and ginger tea.


Confident and competent. This is our goal for you.

There will be hiking and walking in nature everyday. Some of these walks will be guided and others self guided. Meditation every morning and a physical ‘Stretch and Relax’ yoga class every afternoon. On alternate days there will be a Guest Speaker including coaching session where you will get informed and work on your personal goals and we will assist you to set the steps that will bring you towards your goal. We will also provide you with 3 months of support, using a coaching model, after you leave the retreat. Please see our schedule for more details on how to make these lasting lifestyle changes.

By Car, From Lahinch:

We are 7kms from Lahinch driving straight out on the road to the Cliffs of Moher. As you enter Lahinch follow the signs for the Cliffs of Moher and Liscannor (it’s a right turn before you come into the main street of the village).

Drive along that road, with the golf course on your left. After 4 kms you will reach Liscannor Village. Continue driving through Liscannor Village. After another 3kms turn left, just before The Rock Shop (which is on the right side of the road). After 200 metres you will reach a crossroads, turn right. Continue up the road for approximately 750metres, we are the third property on the left, you will drive up a long driveway and we will be waiting for you there!
