Join us for a special Easter Retreat of yoga, meditation, walks, healthy food and new friends.
Easter is a time for new beginnings, taking time out from our busy lives and finding time to relax, breathe, rest and reconnect with ourselves and nature. It is important to check in with ourselves, slowing down, resting, coming into our bodies & calming our minds.
We will enjoy a lovely warming yoga practice in the morning, warming up, stretching and strengthening our muscles. Aiming to reconnect with our bodies through moving and opening up the joints.
We will have plenty of time for walks by the sea and maybe even take a sea swim, saunas, reading, reflecting and of course taking rest. In the evening yoga practice we will stretch and open up tired joints, overall creating a feeling of strength, openness and lightness within the body, allowing the mind to let go and sink into deep relaxation. Calming the nervous system and cultivating inner peace.
Our retreat is built upon many ingredients – warm, welcoming and comfortable surroundings and delicious, nourishing meals prepared with love. Long walks along the cliffs and the coast taking in the expanse and abundance around us. New friends, likeminded connections and real conversations. Sharing, mindfulness and empathy. This retreat in a way is a like a reset, recharging our energy and getting ready to embrace the light of the Summer months ahead.

18:30 Our first yoga and meditation class
20:00 Dinner – delicious and healthy fare! Followed by arrival introduction chat to the weekend, the schedule and the area
Saturday – Tuesday
07:00 Kitchen will be open for tea, coffee and fruit
07:30 2 hour yoga and meditation class
09:30 Delicious healthy breakfast buffet
Free Time – Spend your time taking a walk, swimming in the sea, reading a book or enjoy some of the amazing tourism the area has to offer.
Throughout your stay we will offer 3 guided walks to take in some of the breathtaking sites at our doorstep. Times and days will be confirmed on arrival, weather permitting. Additionally, our beautiful glass fronted sauna and Canadian cedar hot tub will be available at all times during your stay
13:30 Lunch – lots of yummy healthy food!
Free time – Options to take a trip to Lahinch to the beach, go surfing, take a tour of the area including the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren or stay and relax and enjoy a treatment.
17:30 2 hour yoga class
19:30 Dinner – more lovely homemade healthy food followed by a delicious healthy dessert

10:00 Brunch – leaving with a belly full of our amazing food!
