Join EYRT500 teachers and teacher trainers Michelle Moroney and Dearbhla Glynn for a special training to deepen your yoga practice, knowledge of yoga and learn more about what yoga means to you.

 

 

Many people look to do yoga teacher trainings not to learn to teach, but to know more about yoga. We have designed this retreat to share a few of our amazing teacher training modules and deepen your experience of yoga. We will cover Advanced Asanas, Anatomy and Physiology and Alignment Principals. We will focus on developing a self-practice and how to sequence a class. We will explore the history and origins of yoga, and find what it is that yoga is TO US. We will also cover advanced asanas, the 8 Keys of Yoga and the 4 paths of yoga. All will be done in a practical and hands on method, with some lectures, lots and lots of yoga and some fun too.

 

 

This course is for people who are regular practitioners and who want to take the next step in deepening their knowledge but who do not wish to take a 200 hour yoga training. Please note this is not a teacher training, it is for personal development only.

 

 

Hot tub

 

There will be free time to go for a sea swim, or a walk, or even treat yourself to a relaxing full body massage.

Shannon is our closest airport. You can catch a taxi from the airport directly to the Retreat for approximately €90.

By Car, From Lahinch:

We are 7kms from Lahinch driving straight out on the road to the Cliffs of Moher. As you enter Lahinch follow the signs for the Cliffs of Moher and Liscannor (it’s a right turn before you come into the main street of the village).

Drive along that road, with the golf course on your left. After 4 kms you will reach Liscannor Village. Continue driving through Liscannor Village. After another 3kms turn left, just before The Rock Shop (which is on the right side of the road). After 200 metres you will reach a crossroads, turn right. Continue up the road for approximately 750metres, we are the third property on the left, you will drive up a long driveway and we will be waiting for you there!
