This retreat offers a perfect blend of physical activity, relaxation, and healthy food. The combination of morning yoga in our beautiful studio and hiking on one of the most spectacular trails in the world is an excellent opportunity to connect with nature and rejuvenate your mind and body.
Our yoga and hiking retreats are a great way to combine the physical and mental benefits of both activities. Being surrounded by nature has many positive effects on mental and physical health, such as reducing stress, increasing creativity and improving mood.
Doing restorative yoga after a long hike supports your body’s recovery and promotes relaxation and well-being, activating the body’s relaxation response, which helps reduce stress and anxiety levels.
The delicious homemade food replenishes your body while our hot tub, sauna, steam, and roaring fires are perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of activities.
Disconnect from your busy daily life and reconnect with yourself and nature. Deepen your yoga practice, meditate, explore new areas of personal growth and make new friends.

Relax, take a walk and partake in a welcome drink and sweet treat with your fellow retreat participants
18:00 – Our first Yoga & Soundbath Session
19:30 – Dinner – delicious, healthy fare! Followed by arrival introduction chat to the weekend, the schedule and the area
07:30 – Yoga
09:00 – Delicious healthy breakfast buffet
10:00 – Hike on the Cliffs of Moher Path (3.5 hours)
13:30 – Lunch – lots of yummy healthy food!
Free time – Options to visit Lahinch, go to the beach, go surfing, take a tour of the area or stay and relax in the wellness area
18:00 – Evening Yoga
19:30 Dinner – more lovely homemade healthy food, followed by a delicious healthy dessert
Our beautiful glass fronted sauna and Canadian cedar hot tub will be available at all times during your stay
08:00 – Leisurely Breakfast
09:30 – Local loops walk at Clahane shore
11:00 – Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork
12.30 – Farewell Lunch

Who is leading the retreat?
Michelle Moroney
Michelle is a senior yoga teacher, published author, certified Health and Wellness Coach, Wim Hof Method instructor and runs her own successful retreat centre, the Cliffs of Moher Retreat on the West Coast of Ireland. She is passionate about helping people to take ownership of their complete health; body, mind and higher self.
