what to expect

“The Cliffs of Moher Retreat is fabulous! Flew from Boston to Ireland for a weekend retreat and it was worth every second of travel”

C Edwards

Escape to the West of Ireland for a Yoga Weekend of Wellness and Renewal

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in a retreat that offers both comfort and connection. Nestled on the rugged west coast of Ireland, our retreat invites you to experience a perfect blend of rejuvenation and relaxation.

Begin your day with meditation and breathwork followed by silent walks along the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher or the serene Atlantic coastline, allowing the beauty of nature to ground and inspire you. As the day unfolds, you’ll engage in invigorating yoga sessions that energize the body and mind, complemented by deeply restorative practices that soothe the soul.

Our state-of-the-art wellness facilities, including a cedar hot tub with stunning views, a glass-fronted sauna, herbal steam rooms, and cutting-edge cold plunges, are designed to enhance your experience. The bespoke studio, with its underfloor heating and panoramic glass wall overlooking the ocean and countryside, provides the perfect sanctuary for your practice.

Indulge in delicious, nourishing meals that celebrate local ingredients and savour moments of connection with like-minded individuals who share your journey. The mornings offer moments of peaceful silence, while the evenings are filled with warmth, laughter, and community.

Our beautifully decorated living spaces, complete with hotel-quality beds and linens, ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is enriching. This is more than just a retreat—it’s an invitation to step into our way of life, where the beauty of the land meets the richness of Irish hospitality.

Come, unwind, and rediscover yourself in a place where every detail is crafted with care, and every moment is an opportunity to reconnect with what truly matters.
