1 clove of garlic (crushed)
Roast the broccoli, red pepper and red onion with olive oil, seasoning and paprika at 190ºC for 8-10 minutes.
Toast the buckwheat in a dry pan & add to the roasted vegetables.
Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, crushed garlic, olives, buckwheat & basil.
