yoga retreats Ireland

Step out of your busy life and into a space free from clock time, without the click clacking of computers or the beeping of car horns. Allow yourself to fall into a more relaxed and deeply nourishing state of being, in which days are filled with mindful meditations, long silent walks and rejuvenating yoga while evenings revolve around nutritious organic food and deep, happy sleep.

yoga retreats Ireland

Sounds ideal, right? We think so. That’s why we’ve worked hard to develop the kind of retreat that lets you reconnect with nature and yourself. The kind of retreat that stays with you long after you leave. Our residential teachers know the intricacies of providing a retreat that’s both relaxing and energising, restorative and challenging – and of course, a lot of fun, too!

Wildflowers

Summer in the west of Ireland is an especially magical time. Add great yoga, food, facilities and company and you’ve got something truly special.

By Car, From Lahinch:

We are 7kms from Lahinch driving straight out on the road to the Cliffs of Moher. As you enter Lahinch follow the signs for the Cliffs of Moher and Liscannor (it’s a right turn before you come into the main street of the village).

Drive along that road, with the golf course on your left. After 4 kms you will reach Liscannor Village. Continue driving through Liscannor Village. After another 3kms turn left, just before The Rock Shop (which is on the right side of the road). After 200 metres you will reach a crossroads, turn right. Continue up the road for approximately 750metres, we are the third property on the left, you will drive up a long driveway and we will be waiting for you there!
